At Jazzy Mobiles, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile repair services to our customers in Australia. Before using our services, please read our terms and conditions carefully.

General Terms

  • By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
  • Jazzy Mobiles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • All repairs and services are subject to a diagnostic fee, which will be waived if the repair is completed by us.
  • We do not guarantee that all devices can be repaired, and we reserve the right to refuse any repair if we determine it is not feasible.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for all services must be made in full before the device is released.
  • Jazzy Mobiles accepts payment by cash, credit card, and debit card.
  • All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Repair Process

  • Jazzy Mobiles will make every effort to complete repairs in a timely manner.
  • Repairs may take longer than expected if there are unforeseen circumstances, such as the need for additional parts or complications during the repair process. 
  • We will contact the customer if there are any delays in completing the repair.

Warranty

  • Jazzy Mobiles provides a limited-time warranty on all repairs and services.
  • The warranty covers the specific repair or service provided and does not cover any other issues that may arise.
  • The warranty will be void if the device is opened, repaired, or modified by a third party.
  • The warranty will be void if the device is damaged or altered after the repair or service by us.

Liability

  • Jazzy Mobiles will not be liable for any damages or loss of data resulting from the repair or service.
  • Also, we will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the device after the repair or service.
  • We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the customer’s failure to follow the instructions provided by it. 

Privacy

  • Jazzy Mobiles respects the privacy of our customers and will not share any personal or confidential information with third parties.
  • We will collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
  • By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information by Jazzy Mobiles.
